Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Executive, with a focus on international payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with international payroll software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of currency exchange processes and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate international payroll processing.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with overseas employees and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex international payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of international payroll information.
