About The Role

Reprise product experience platform was designed at its core to solve one of the main tools in a Solution’s Engineer storytelling arsenal: demos. With our platform exponentially growing, you have the opportunity to join the team that will set the gold standard for Professional Services.

As the Director of Professional Services you will help shape our Solution Architect team, playing a key role in scaling and optimizing a quickly growing, crucial part of our business. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a team of top performing Solution Architects while consistently exceeding revenue and renewal targets. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front end web development.

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success, and will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams, ensuring the delivery of the best quality of technical assets.

What You Will Do

  • Interview and hire a team of top performing Solution Architects
  • Mentor, develop, and scale your team of Solution Architects by providing regular coaching, leading weekly 1-1s, and consistently challenging your team
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, including training, consulting, and implementation services
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling service packages that accelerate customer time-to-value and increase retention.
  • Establish best practices for working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, to share Reprise’s vision
  • Develop and optimize service delivery methodologies that streamline customer onboarding and product adoption
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing feedback on common customer pain points and feature enhancement opportunities
  • Measure and monitor performance of your team through utilization rates, billable hours, gross margins, and customer retention

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Professional Services or a related field in a Saas organization
  • Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front end web development, is a requirement for success in this role
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling a team of top performing Solutions Architects or Professional Services Consultants
  • Demonstrated experience in building out KPIs that track success and inform decisions
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Dedication to teamwork and a commitment to problem solving
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with Sales Leadership to position services as part of the sales process
  • Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments – we are a startup
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
