Job Description:

Imploy is hiring a Senior Accountant on behalf of a reputable organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for financial accuracy and strategic insights. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Handle the full accounting cycle, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
• Team Support: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.
