We are looking for an experienced Automotive Engineer to manage the OE (Original Equipment) tire development program and collaborate closely with OEMs to ensure technical success.

  • This role involves technical negotiations, managing joint testing programs, and resolving OEM-related quality issues.
  • You will act as the key technical liaison between the company and OEM stakeholders, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the OE tire development program, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements.
  • Conduct technical negotiations with OEMs regarding requirements, testing conditions, and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with OEMs at both operational and management levels.
  • Organize and lead technical presentations and meetings with senior management of OEMs.
  • Coordinate joint tests with OEMs and provide support for quality-related issues and problem resolution.
  • Document technical results, approvals, and findings in collaboration with OEM partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • professional experience in the automotive industry, either with an OEM or as a supplier.
  • Strong organizational and programming skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
