What you’ll be doing

Change Analyst is responsible for delivering change activities including preliminary assessment, analysis, documentation, communication and implementation of change within the supply chain piece and connected capability.

• Manage communications across teams and stakeholders both internal and external
• Workshop coordination and co facilitation of workshops
• Managing slide packs, designs and graphics
• Running current and future state gap analysis
• Develop and deliver change reporting in conjunction with change manager / lead to document and communicate change activities

What will make you successful in this role

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience managing change communications is preferred
• Experience working on change projects is preferred
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
