Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reconciliation Specialist with experience in Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) preparation and reconciliation to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the real estate or property development sector and possess strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient reconciliation processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Experience in a real estate company or developer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Kyriba (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
