Salary: 23,161 – 33,591

About This Role

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support our internal stakeholders and partners. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR and operational services across our London offices and affiliates, as well as global teams. Your innovative ideas and solutions will help us transform our HR practices, and your dedication will contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

The Role Holder Will

• Act as the first point of contact for various internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive the professional support they need. – Collaborate with HR focal points across regions to enhance our operational efficiency.
• Provide essential HR administrative assistance to our London and Affiliate offices.
• Build strong relationships while offering up-to-date HR and payroll advice.
• Support the standardisation of policies and processes, guiding our people throughout their journey with IPPF.
