Job Purpose
Responsible of running food and beverage orders from Bar/ Kitchen to the assigned table or designated area. Set up the service stations, clean and clear empty tables, change ashtrays if applicable, clean floor windows and keep the store and outside area in a neat and clean atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
Capability to perform repetitious duties.
Capability of working in a high pressure environment
Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time
Assisting in setting up / Opening the restaurant
Assisting the front of house team in serving out food and drinks
Ensuring that all guests are attended to
Inform the waiter about any comments/remarks/requests from the guest
Assisting in cleaning the restaurant according to standard procedures
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
