Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team of F&B professionals within one of our well-known, stylish, concepts located in Dubai. A passion for food and beverage and a genuine ability to create and provide the ultimate guest experience will be the natural qualities of the best candidates for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute in achieving target sales and reaching the budget.
- Initiative in controlling or minimizing the cost
- Achieve highest level of customer service
- Assist customers queries and complaint
- Supervises the application of the Sequence OF Service
- Supervises the service flow during operation
- Supervises the staff in providing the best service practices
- Emphasize to all staff the important of reducing restaurant cost.
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Micros Point of Sales system
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
- Staff productivity
- Reward schemes and programs
Job Requirements
- Graduate in a relevant discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in High-End / Casual Dining F&B Operations
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good English Communication Skills
- Good People Management Skills
