Job Description

We are looking for proactive Marketing Assistant Trainees to join our dynamic teams! This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and market research. You will support various marketing initiatives, assist in content creation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials (brochures, newsletters, social media content).
  • Support event coordination, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Digital Marketing :
  • Help develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Support the monitoring of digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Assist in competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data and preparing reports.
  • Administrative & Team Support:
  • Help in keeping marketing databases and update customer records.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus.
