Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic growth, and optimize our blogs and eCommerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, LLM-driven optimizations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices across all digital assets.

SEO Strategy Development Implementation

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations for website structure, content, and link-building.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, including algorithm updates (e.g., BERT, MUM).

Content Optimization And Keyword Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research, discovery, and optimization to target high-intent and relevant audiences.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to create SEO-driven, high-quality content, including landing pages, blogs, and meta descriptions.
  • Leverage LLMs (Large Language Models) for content optimization and intent-based keyword clustering.

Technical SEO And Optimization

  • Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, canonical tags, and alt text for enhanced search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture and code.
  • Optimize for voice search, natural language queries, and featured snippets.

Competitor Analysis And Link Building

Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies, including one-way, reciprocal, and three-way linking.
  • Improve website domain authority through high-quality backlinks.

Performance Monitoring And Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Stay compliant with Google’s algorithm updates and recommend strategies for long-term growth.

Basic Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO, website development, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Full time / contract / freelance positions available.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
  • Experience in technical SEO, including schema markup, structured data, and canonical tags.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Suite (Analytics, Search Console).
  • Expertise in LLM-driven content optimization and keyword clustering.
  • Knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates, including BERT, MUM, and E-E-A-T principles.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of voice search optimization and conversational SEO.
  • Familiarity with social media promotion and YouTube SEO is a plus.
