Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Grad Welcome)

• Monitor and control project costs to ensure it stays within budget.
• Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors’ Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.
• Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
• To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.
• To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

• Fresh Grad/Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Own transportation, Able to travel around.
• Work based at office with occasional construction site visits.
• Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• and project management added advantage in high rise/ commercial building.
