Duties And Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers across the US, as well as Outside & Inside Sales teams
- Report sales goals and process to Senior Management and as well as industry and market specific trends, customer feedback and process improvement recommendations
- Oversee sales activities for the region, develop sales strategies
- Directs and coordinates the efforts of sales personnel toward the accomplishment of objectives while improving the organization’s competitive position
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional work experience required, 4+ years of relevant management experience preferred
- Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales and cross functional teams
- An understanding of profit/loss including costing, pricing, fixed and variable overheads required to drive sales and growth
- Effective Communication with both internal associates and customer management is necessary to build trust and credibility
