Job Description
Coordinate and optimize the supply chain “Logistics Execution” operations between Puebla and Quincy production sites, managing the distribution network of finished goods across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures seamless coordination of logistics operations between two key production sites
- Maintains optimal inventory levels across distribution centres and warehouses
- Drives cost efficiency in transportation and storage operations
- Supports service level agreements with key accounts
- Monitors and improves supply chain performance metrics
- Optimized transportation routes and Rail Cars fleet utilization
- Enhanced distribution network efficiency
- Reduced operational risks and associated costs
- This position is vital for maintaining operational continuity and cost effectiveness in our distribution network. The role directly contributes to working capital optimization and customer satisfaction through efficient supply chain management and inventory control.
- Achieve and maintain 100% E-OTIF (Early-On Time In Full) performance for Rail Car shipments to clients while optimizing freight costs and ensuring complete deliveries.
- Stablish and responsible for achieve and mantain Key Performance Metrics.
Requirements
- International trade, Industrial engineering, Logistics engineering, master’s degree (desirable).
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Care, Customs, knowledge in logistics, purchasing.
- Strong knowledge in Supply Chain in multinational company / environment.
- SAP experience.
- Power BI is a plus.
- Fluent English, another language is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, customer focused, ability to influence across different management levels.
