Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking an EDI Data Analyst responsible for collecting and analyzing both incoming and outgoing data and distributing to the appropriate parties. We are seeking an individual that is focused, organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities while interacting with internal and external parties.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze data within client specific imported and exported files to ensure accuracy.
  • Review both internal and external file load reports and preform appropriate actions required
  • Trouble shoot any errors on files and resolve discrepancies.
  • Research issues and provide customer service to clients and their employees by providing problem resolution.
  • Monitor file creations and transfers to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other related tools.
  • Validate software functionality by creating and performing system release testing for file feeds.
  • Manage the Affordable Care Act (ACA) processes for clients by reviews plan specific data.
  • Work with EDI Team for overall support and queue monitoring
  • Work independently, maintains composure and effectiveness in a deadline driven environment. Completes assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables and asks for support and direction as appropriate.
  • Participate in product or client related projects or trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Comfortable working in software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong focus on deadlines and deliverables
  • Able to find defects and bugs quickly
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL

Pay Range

20 – 25 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
