The Role

Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a People & Payroll Co-ordinator to join our Marine team based in Senoko.

Key responsibilities for the People & Payroll Co-ordinator role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide full support on Employee Life Cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management, ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with external payroll vendor to process payroll accurately, ensuring alignment with MOM regulations and latest legislative updates.
  • Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
  • Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
  • Offer assistance to employees and ensure that they are kept informed throughout the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs.
  • Support activities for HR processes and tools such as Performance Development Plan, Employee Satisfaction Survey, etc.
  • Ensure personnel database and other local personnel administration systems are accurate and up to date.
  • Delivery HR monthly report for the responsible area include headcount, recruitment status, organization chart and any others report upon request from time to time.
  • Any other tasks/projects as assigned by People Business Partner from time to time.

About You

Essential criteria:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related discipline.
  • Results oriented with “hands on” approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and team player, able to work independently.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources or related profession. Fresh Degree holder with passion in Human Resources are welcomed to apply.
  • Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
