About The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our R&D hiring needs in India. In this role, you will be responsible managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent for our R&D team across a variety of technical roles. You will collaborate closely with the hiring managers and department leaders to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, positive candidate experience and aligns with the company’s needs and values. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical positions and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Understand the hiring needs of the business units you will support and become their trusted recruiting partner
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods (including publishing positions in various job platforms) to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions, including case studies, exams and presentations, and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
- Create accurate and professional job offers and bring them for management approval
- Sign candidates on contracts and other documents
- Manage the onboarding and new hire process
- Promote company’s reputation as “great place to work” to attract top talent
- Foster and maintain relationships with external organizations including educational institutions, research institutions, etc. to expand our recruitment network
- Participate in HR related projects
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
Desired Background
- Min 8 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience for R&D and technical positions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
