Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth individuals with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle urgent and unpredictable requests, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Manage and streamline operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution of projects and processes.
- Negotiate with clients and vendors to find the best solutions, even when outside standard procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate and execute client requests, often requiring out-of-the-box problem-solving.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Maintain a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or project management, preferably in a high-touch, client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex requests and find win-win solutions.
- Experience in sales, particularly in relationship-based environments, is a big plus.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and understanding their unique service expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle demanding clients with professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

- Proactive mindset with a drive to take ownership of challenges and find creative solutions.
- Familiarity with the EOS/Traction system is a big plus, as it’s a core part of our organizational framework.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Slack, Canva, and ideally Salesforce or NetSuite.
