Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during supplier onboarding. You will collaborate with the IS Sourcing team, ensuring KPIs related to contract execution, supplier base management for IM&S global suppliers are delivered as agreed.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Utilize SAP Ariba Supplier Management module for supplier registration, onboarding, and qualification. Active collaboration with IS Sourcing Category Managers and/or buyers and process suppler onboarding request.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during supplier onboarding.
• Perform supplier risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Analyze fulfillment workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting supplier onboarding issues and provide user support for SAP Ariba supplier management functionalities.

Qualifications For The Role

• Full time bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Management is a must.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
