The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenancy Contract Administrator to join our Property Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless lease transactions by preparing, reviewing, and processing tenancy contracts with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in real estate contracts and knowledge of local regulations will help maintain compliance and uphold best practices. The selected candidate will have exceptional typing skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and a strong background in tenancy agreements, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Type Tenancy Contracts: Accurately draft and type tenancy agreements, renewals, and amendments based on client and landlord requirements.
- Document Verification: Ensure all contract details, including tenant and landlord information, rental terms, and legal clauses, are correct and comply with regulations.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Coordinate with property managers, landlords, tenants, and legal teams to facilitate contract execution.
- Maintain Contract Records: Organize and update tenancy contract databases, ensuring all documents are filed correctly.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure contracts align with local tenancy laws and property management policies.
- Support Property Management Team: Assist in administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, including contract renewals, terminations, and Municipality registrations (if applicable).
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing (Arabic & English) with strong attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous experience in tenancy contract typing, real estate administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Processes: Familiarity with tenancy laws, lease agreements, and Municipality registration (if applicable).
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple contracts efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a real estate or property management company.
- Knowledge of Municipality systems (if applicable).
- Ability to handle confidential documents professionally.
