Job Description

Responsible for internal customer service (brazilian customers). Be the main point of contact for customers, from order entry to successful final delivery. Focused on continuous improvements and opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver orders according to their expectations. Support for daily operational activities of the export Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Foreign Trade or International Relations
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Intermediate English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
