About The Role

The Onboarding Specialist is tasked with ensuring clients fully activate their giving suite to receive donations of stock, crypto, cash, and DAF gifts. This role encompasses creating a seamless transition after the sale, facilitating the successful migration of recurring donors, and cultivating an outstanding customer experience throughout the onboarding process. Success in this role requires a passion for project management, the ability to juggle multiple projects with varying timelines, and a keen attention to detail. The individual will engage with all new customers to initiate their partnership and serve as their first point of contact following the sale.

Responsibilities

– Host Migration Welcome calls to guide enterprise clients through the migration process and ensure successful transitions.

– Rigorously follow the activation process to support clients at every stage of their journey.

– Collaborate with third-party vendors to confirm that all assets are activated accurately and promptly for clients.

– Oversee the proper implementation of tech-touch onboarding procedures.

– Address onboarding support inquiries through Zendesk in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

– Develop migration and onboarding resources to transform repetitive processes into scalable, tech-touch systems.

– Act as a liaison with the Technical Migration Specialist to ensure the Migration Tool aligns with clients’ needs.

– Maintain excellent CRM usage.

Desired Technical Skills

– Detail-oriented with a relentless pursuit of solutions.

– Ability to foster authentic and empathetic interactions with clients and partners, creatively solving their needs.

– Exceptional verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for rapid thinking and teamwork in developing innovative strategies.

– Outstanding written communication abilities, capable of crafting detailed and comprehensive messages that resonate with clients.

– Highly organized, adept at managing and following up on multiple tasks concurrently.

– Ready to learn and adapt quickly!

– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, activation, or support roles required.

– B2B experience is essential.

– Prior experience working with nonprofits or churches is a significant advantage!
