Fortius Clinic is looking to hire a Healthcare Assistant to join their Theatre Team. This will be to work in their Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London.

Overall, you will be supporting the registered practitioners with all peri-operative care.

37.5 hours per week.

Monday – Friday with on-call weekend availability.

up to £27,000.

Our orthopaedic surgical centre opened in November 2016. You will be part of a dedicated theatre team, working from a state of the art facility in London’s West End, and assisting with providing comprehensive care to perioperative patients who have undergone day surgery.

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a UK hospital setting.
  • Previous experience in working in a theatre environment (ideal).
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic clinical procedures (ideal).
  • NVQ 3 in Healthcare (ieal).
  • Able to work in a team and use your initiative.
  • Fluent communicator (written and verbal) with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible, helpful and caring.
  • Good IT skills.
