Responsibilities
- Implement requirements of company, clients, and local regulations related to HSE.
- Implement HSEMS & project HSE plan.
- Carry out incident investigation and reporting.
- Provide recommendations for the improvements of HSE culture.
- Monitor the work sites for HSE issues.
- Carry out HSE inspection/audit.
- Carry out on job training/inductions/tool box talks.
- Identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
- Carry out risk assessment and submit recommendations.
- Carry out inspection & prepare reports.
- Compile data for analysis from various site related to HSE performance
- Prepare project HSE statistics & attend client meetings related to HSE.
- Computer knowledge and proficient in English.
- Work independently.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: DEGREE / DIPLOMA HOLDER.
- Certification: NEBOSH IGC
- HSE Trainings / qualifications will be added advantage.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in Monitoring HSE aspects implementation in offshore Oil & Gas industry
- Oil & Gas Construction and Commissioning knowledge will be added advantage.
