Responsibilities
- Design and drive the performance management system for the organization.
- Design and implement HR policies and processes in alignment with the Business direction.
- Design and run learning and development programs for specific behavioral learning.
- Front-end practices that drive culture and impact people’s experience.
- Advise business leaders and stakeholders on key people decisions.
- Monitor and mitigate employee attrition risks; develop and implement strategies to increase employee retention.
- Provide guidance to team members, responsible for performance management and growth of the HR Team.
- Study metrics that drive organizational effectiveness and curate people programs.
- Manage and drive Compensation administration including salary benchmarking end-of-year merit increases, and maintaining internal and external parity.
- Design and drive employee development initiatives, employee relations, rewards, and recognition programs.
Requirements
- At least 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Organizational Development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent functional competency – thorough knowledge of HR concepts and operations.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
