Site Medical Officer-Raipur

• Responsible for implementation/follow policies /procedure/SOP of Group Health Care.
• Medical surveillance of employees on continual basis and communicate High risk employee to Group health care.
• Implement active systems & processes for meeting the statutory / welfare-oriented health activities at project and/or labour colony.
• Implement and monitor health care services/ initiatives.
• Periodic health surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain Soft solutions data.
• Regular rounds in plant to develop new initiatives
• Liaison with statutory bodies at local site.
• Accident/incident investigation and follow up of referral cases.
• Provide all emergency services at the project site and/or labour colony on 24*7 basis.
• Provide preventive and curative health care services

Qualifications

• Orientation of industrial health.
• Well-versed with industrial diagnostic equipment.
• Can conduct health programs.
• Administrative experience in monitoring health records.
• Have knowledge of preventive treatment
