HR Business Partner – Sales

Job Description

Purpose:

The HRBP for Sales will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives and interventions with business objectives for the sales vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Head / RSMs to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive business performance
  • Be the policy custodian for all HR policies and processes
  • Partner with Sales Leadership team to identify key talent and develop succession plans.
  • Support career development initiatives and create pathways for growth within the sales team
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Implement and monitor performance management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes and employee life-cycle management
  • Responsible for tracking and maintaining HR dashboard, analysis key metrics – Attrition, NPS, Recruitment TAT, L&D Score

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business partnering role, preferably supporting sales team
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee matters
