Job Description
Purpose:
The HRBP for Sales will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives and interventions with business objectives for the sales vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Head / RSMs to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive business performance
- Be the policy custodian for all HR policies and processes
- Partner with Sales Leadership team to identify key talent and develop succession plans.
- Support career development initiatives and create pathways for growth within the sales team
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Implement and monitor performance management frameworks to drive a high-performance culture.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports and analyze metrics to provide actionable insights
- Ensure seamless execution of HR processes and employee life-cycle management
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining HR dashboard, analysis key metrics – Attrition, NPS, Recruitment TAT, L&D Score
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business partnering role, preferably supporting sales team
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee matters
