Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the implementation of campaigns by calling or receiving client calls with the intention of selling them products and services which are provided by the group.
- Handle all inbound & outbound customer calls.
Experience
- 2-3 years call re experience is required
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Handling customer complaints or issues.
- Must have an excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic.

Grade 12 / NQF level 4
