Responsibilities

  • The Agent assists with the implementation of campaigns by calling or receiving client calls with the intention of selling them products and services which are provided by the group.
  • This includes communication, customer and selling skills. Responsible for customer saves and upgrades.

Qualifications
Grade 12 / National certificate Level 4

Experience

  • 1-2 years call re experience is required
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner.
