Responsibility
Play a central role in providing clear direction and local plan of balancing daily operational effectiveness and PEX transformational activities coming ahead.
Operational Efficiency: Actively working to maintain operational efficiency, strengthen the performance matrix, and optimize the Hub capacity. Increase the utilization and service optimization of the hubs for recruitment administrative activities along with the TA transformation.
Stakeholder Management: Building and sustaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual satisfaction.
Innovation and Market Trends: Staying attuned to the latest market trends, contributing to the establishment of a futuristic operations area by incorporating innovative and adaptable practices.
Project Management: Demonstrating strong project management skills by driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day operations.
Effective Communication: Maintaining transparent communication at all levels, promoting team cohesion, and ensuring understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
