JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor SRM/ATM status rectify SST downtime and resolve the SRM/ATM timeout issue
- Daily generate the DGCRMG/DGATMG Report & send to all branches SRM/ATM
- SRM/ATM cash position monitoring to ensure no running out of cash
- Confirm amount & email to branches for SRM/ATM cash loading/unloading verify with Monitoring system for all SST, inform branches for balancing in average (AVG) biweekly.
- SRM/ATM administration & documentation process and monthly SST performance reports
- Onside check SST off-site to rectify the SRM/ATM related issue or SRM/ATM out of service
- Other ad-hoc requests on SRM/ATM related technical issue by supporting MCP Contact Center, Branches on weekends & holidays.
