Regional Sales Director, Europe and Middle East

RADWIN is a global leader in wireless communication solutions, providing innovative and high-performance connectivity to industries and businesses worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Sales Director to spearhead our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and drive sales growth in Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue growth: consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives
  • Market strategy execution: Implement and oversee the execution of the company’s GTM strategy to maximize market impact and drive regional revenue growth
  • Sales strategy management: Develop and execute sales strategies to develop and manage opportunities throughout their lifecycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Opportunity and funnel management: Build and manage a robust opportunities pipeline using Salesforce
  • Channel partner development: Recruit, train and coordinate channel partners activities to expand market reach
  • Demand generation: Drive demand for RADWIN’s products and solutions demand at both end user and channel partner levels
  • Customer insights: Provide detailed customer feedback for product planning and development

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least Five years of experience selling communications or networking solutions to Enterprise customers in the region
  • Industry contacts: Established network within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven performance: Consistent top performance in previous sales positions. Ability to deliver against aggressive goals.
  • Technical expertise: Solid understanding of the telecom and wireless networking technologies. Relevant technical background – advantage
  • Cultural intelligence: Proven ability to navigate cultural nuances and business practices in the different markets
  • Communications skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Professionalism: Possess integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Language proficiency: Full command of English (speaking, reading and writing). Spanish – advantage
