WorldatWork is looking for a skilled and innovative Learning Content and Curriculum Specialist to join our Education and Certification team. In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of educational content and materials for our certification, immersion, and skill-building courses. Your primary goal will be to help create high-quality learning resources that align with curriculum standards, educational objectives, and the needs of our members and customers.

As part of this role, you will collaborate with external subject matter experts to develop and refine content and work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, engagement, and consistency across learning experiences. Your expertise in content creation, curriculum development, and project management will be essential in supporting WorldatWork’s mission to advance the profession of Total Rewards.

You have:

  • Experience in relevant fields such as Education, Curriculum Design, Learning and Development, or Related Fields. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in learning content creation, curriculum development, or similar roles in an educational or professional development setting.
  • Experience in creating and managing educational content and curriculum materials.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices in content and curriculum development.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and fact-checking skills to maintain high-quality content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) with familiarity in Azure, Canvas, Zoom, and Adobe tools.Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.

At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 5% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
