THE ROLE

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to drive marketing strategies across our diverse sales channels, boost brand visibility, ensure a seamless brand experience, and accelerate business growth

YOUR CHALLENGE

Channel Marketing Strategies

  • Define and lead the omnichannel marketing strategy to ensure our brand stands out across all touchpoints.
  • Design and execute tailored campaigns for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global strategy.
  • Customize promotions and activations to meet the unique needs of each channel.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Visual Merchandising Management

  • Develop and oversee visual merchandising guidelines for physical stores and distributors.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team (internal and external) to implement key brand elements that boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Provide marketing tools and support materials to distributors and points of sale.
  • Coordinating both digital assets (for web, social media, and print) and physical assets to ensure they reach the points of sale effectively.

Showrooms & Trade Shows Management

  • Take ownership of the brand’s representation at key trade shows, showrooms, and industry events. As the brand ambassador, ensure a consistent, impactful presence across all in-person and digital touchpoints, creating memorable experiences that elevate the brand’s image and resonate with buyers and stakeholders.

Coordination Of Promotions And Activations

  • Plan and execute activations in physical stores (e.g., events, pop-ups, corners).
  • Manage campaigns on marketplaces and foster strategic online collaborations.
  • Collaboration with other areas:
  • Act as a key liaison between sales teams in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work closely with brand managers and designers to develop and adapt digital and print assets, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and promotional strategies across all sales channels
  • Oversee the development of customized POS solutions by collaborating closely with sales and brand teams to deliver tailored projects.
  • Visit key clients and stores regularly to collect insights, strengthen relationships, and identify potential growth opportunities.

Data Analysis, ROI Measurement and Budget Management

  • Evaluate the performance and impact of trade marketing campaigns.
  • Adjust strategies based on insights to optimize return on investment.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with business goals.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF…

  • Proven experience of at least 3.5 years in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing omnichannel strategies and managing budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
