The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for contributing in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role requires a proactive
approach to finding top talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Assist in the shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer letter management and visa management of selected candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and company website.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Skills
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent (CIPD).
- Work experience and strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Good understanding of the industry and status of the labor market.
- Knowledge in Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to build effective and long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to monitor recruitment activities consistently and thoroughly
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Arabic is an added advantage
