Have you got an appetite for awesome?

• You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• You develop hiring strategies to attract top talent and meet business requirements
• You collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights
• You utilize job portals, networking sites, and other channels to source candidates
• You ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• You act as an HRBP by supporting employee engagement strategies
• You address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR documentation and processes

We hope that you…

• Have 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment with expertise in sourcing and hiring technical talent.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and business partnering.
• Proficiency in local language (Malayalam preferred) for effective communication.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
