  • Infuse the entire recruitment process with energy that rivals a rock concert while maintaining professionalism
  • Partner with business leaders from all the departments to deeply understand their talent needs
  • Skillfully manage candidate pipelines, ensuring each candidate’s journey is enchanting and seamless
  • Find out innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner
  • Collaborate with department leads to understand their needs, all while throwing in a sprinkle of your recruitment magic to redefine those needs
  • Build and manage relations with all stakeholders to provide proactive and exceptional solutions to the problems while ensuring a positive image and awareness on the hiring
  • Perform direct sourcing of talent through relevant pipelines and establish new pipelines from passive candidates to meet demand for talent
  • Use data- based evidence to address the hiring manager expectations about talent markets and recruiting processes
  • Own the whole end to end recruitment process

We hope that you have..

  • 3-4 years’ experience in hiring for all the non tech function, preferably in startups
  • An expertise in end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • An innate nature of being a self starter and go getter (Resilience is valued)
  • A keen sense of leveraging data to make decisions on hiring
  • An expertise in managing a high volume of tasks and personalities with finesse
  • Familiarity with Google sheets/Excel is an add on
  • MBA or any other equivalent degree
