About the role:

We’re seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is essential in shaping our visual identity across various platforms. As a key player in the team, you will focus on producing high-quality visual assets, elevating our brand presence, and ensuring our marketing materials resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to combine creativity with strategy will bring our content pillars to life across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and tender documentation.
  • Video Production: Collaborate on storyboard creation, editing, and producing video content to enhance our storytelling.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output maintains a consistent brand identity across channels.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with the team to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, ensuring visual assets meet campaign objectives.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about design and industry trends to ensure our creative assets remain innovative and cutting-edge.

Qualifications and skills:

  • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in marketing or a creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
