On a given day, you will:

  • Be the voice of Deriv, providing expert guidance to traders navigating our platforms and products
  • Solve complex trading-related challenges through multiple channels, including live chat and email
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to transform customer feedback into actionable platform improvements
  • Champion customer needs by identifying trends and proposing innovative solutions
  • Guide and mentor fellow team members as you grow into a senior role
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • As a senior member of the team, act as the face of the team, offering expert leadership and guidance to resolve customer issues, drive product updates, and deliver hands-on training to empower the team
