Role: Fashion Consultant

Grade-L1

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience Delivery and Customer Experience Management.
  • To ensure all customers are greeted and warm welcome extended.
  • Interacting with Customers with a Proactive approach.
  • High on Styling quotient- should be able to help customers with Styling solutions.

  1. Revenue generation
  • Achieve sales targets with Focus on all KPI’s.
  • Reach out to customers to be in Touch.
  • Strong Follow up skills and able to generate sales Transactions.

  1. Store Operations and Merchandise Management
  • Participate and contribute to Store processes and Visual Merchandising.
  • Learn the Operational procedures for the store.
  • Manage merchandise recovery, replenishments.
