We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team at Comsult Connect. This role involves assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally
  • Assist with travel planning, including booking flights and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
