Job Description
- Upload and review required documents to the Unit Profile web page application, for example:
- QC travelers and final alignments.
- Pressure vessel documentation (MTRs, U1-As, vessel traveler, welding procedures and certs)
- B31.3 documentation for code units: RT, PT, Hydro, MTR’s, welder certs procedures
- U1-A documentation for coolers
- Valves manufacturer certificates
- Reviews all Unit Profile reports are complete, and all serial numbers, photos, and documents are accurate. Report any issues or discrepancies directly to the Quality Engineer.
- Print and issue code packets to Bottle shop QC for pressure vessels.
- Scan, and electronically file documents/reports received either in hard or electronic format, in the corresponding folder, and following naming nomenclature.
- Keep up with all KPI trackers and report any issues or discrepancies with documentation directly to the Quality Engineer
- Create charts, graphics for relevant KPIs to present data
- Forward any pertinent documentation for units or pressure vessels to responsible parties
- Prepare PowerPoint slides/Excel charts to support communication of relevant KPIs
- Basic data review to validate information provided is consistent before data entry
- Maintain document upload to relevant SharePoint, Google Drive, File shares
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Data entry, archiving experience.
- Experience working with Cloud services: e.g., Dropbox.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience using SharePoint Portal, and/or Google Drive
Preferred Skills
- Experienced working on MS suite applications and MS Windows
- Experience using SharePoint Portal, and/or Google Drive
- Organization and time management skills
- High School Diploma
This is an office position, but the offices are located upstairs, inside the manufacturing facility. Appropriate attire is required (long sleeves and closed-toed shoes).
