? Your Mission: Delight customers

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product lifecycle end-to-end, building up solid product processes from scratch (you will be our first PM hire!), and work closely with our customers and teams to deliver a world-class product. ? Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Own the full product lifecycle – from concept to delivery (inc. rapid-prototyping, mockups) ensuring a smooth and iterative development process
• Gather and analyze customer insights by working closely with users and internal teams to build a product that truly resonates with their needs
• Collaborate with leadership on prioritizing features and roadmap planning
• Guide the tech teams by clearly defining what needs to be built and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
• Work with marketing and sales teams to refine product messaging, support sales enablement, and drive adoption

? Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table

• Significant experience launching digital products (e.g. SaaS, Mobile or healthcare tech)
• Experience creating intuitive, user-friendly features in collaboration with engineering to ensure a seamless UX based on user research and insights
• Proven ability to prioritize features and initiatives using various frameworks, balancing business impact with user needs and key product metrics
• Significant experience bringing ideas to life and experimenting. Comfortable with tools such as Figma & Sketch
• Pragmatic and thoughtful decision-maker, balancing long-term strategy with short-term execution
• Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English
• Willingness to travel 1 day a week to clients for user-feedback
• Hybrid office life fits you well! This role will require you to be in the Berlin hub 2 days a week
