Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Talent Partner to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- Find top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical skills.
- Handle the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, gathering feedback, and recommending top candidates.
- Negotiate job offers and address candidate questions to secure the best talent.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience throughout.
- Collaborate with hiring teams and HR to refine and improve recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to keep improving the process.
Qualification & Skills
- Up to 3 years of recruitment experience ideally in a startup or product company.
- Proven ability to hire top technical talent, especially from Tier-1 colleges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools (bonus if you love improving processes).
