Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Talent Partner to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Find top talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical skills.
  • Handle the interview process end-to-end: scheduling, gathering feedback, and recommending top candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers and address candidate questions to secure the best talent.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a great experience throughout.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and HR to refine and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and tools to keep improving the process.

Qualification & Skills

  • Up to 3 years of recruitment experience ideally in a startup or product company.
  • Proven ability to hire top technical talent, especially from Tier-1 colleges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure top talent in a competitive market.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools (bonus if you love improving processes).
