DEMI CHEF – POOL BAR

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction of all clients. Participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cook foods in hotel, restaurants, by performing the following duties.

Functional Job Responsibilities

Function 1

  • Maintains all recipes
  • In charge and projecting food order of a section chosen by the Chef de Cuisine of the outlet
  • In charge of a small outlet that serves a limited menu specializing in Chinese Cuisine.

Function 2

  • Supervises and guides the commis according to the standard set by Chef de Cuisine
  • Assists in developing the culinary team
  • Supervises and guides Junior kitchen staff

Function 3

  • Ensure wastage and spoilage is minimized
  • Actively supports hygiene and Haccp programs by following Solaire IFSS standards
  • Ensures maintenance of established standards
  • Reports any broken equipment to Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef

Requirements

Experience:

  • Demi Chef: 3 years (Required
