Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
Sprinklermatic Fire Protection Systems, Inc. is a world class fire protection service company serving the state of Florida. We are looking for an individual that would like to join our company and make a lifetime career choice.
The ideal candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist will have some experience in accounting and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume construction environment. Must be an extremely organized, self-starter with strong math and communication skills that works well under pressure.
Essential Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Knowledge of MasterBuilder / Sage 100 software preferred not not necessary
- Construction experience helpful
- A/P experience preferred
- Other duties as assigned
Sprinklermatic Specifications Include
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must know right from wrong and govern yourself accordingly
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and other productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Able to take direction and follow instructions
- Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player with a “can do” attitude
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Bilingual a plus

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with an hour lunch from Noon to 1pm.
