Summary Of Duties
The Technology Director creates strategy, manages teams, and has oversight of all technology areas for the CTK Network. The Technology Director will oversee the AV Technology, I.T. Contractor, and Data Integrity. Understand and know the particulars of our current systems and seek to make improvements. Requires forward thinking to stay up to date with current technologies and trends.
Essential Functions
Information Technologies
- Oversee our outside contractor for computer and phone system users at each Campus. Including but not limited to initial computer hardware and software support, as well as managing and maintaining wired and wireless networks and servers for Mac and PC platforms.
- Provide support and maintenance of multi-line phone system
Audio Visual Technology
- Manage the AV Tech Departments within the CTK Network, Including but not limited to creating playbooks for each AV station, monitoring systems, problem-solving, planning systems, budgeting, etc.
- Work with CTK Network Campus’ proactive efforts in developing Capital needs and budgeting for the
- Actively explore new technologies and their applications to CTK’s mission and workflows, including additional assignments by the Executive Director of Operations.
Data Integrity
- Understanding of ROCK RMS or SQL databases
- Work with contractors as needed for specialized projects
Web-based programs
- Work with the communication team to create an accurate and functional website.
- Provide staff support for Google Suites, Jotform, Ekklesia 360, ROCK, etc.
Requirements
- Advanced aptitude for understanding and development in computer technology, including repair and set-up of new computers; Web technical support preferred
- Advanced experience with cloud services, web programming languages, and web hosting services.
- Demonstrated competency with Google products, Windows OS, Mac OS, and current Microsoft Suite products for both platforms
- Ability to research information via the Internet and other resources
- Preferred but not required Computer Science or Information Technology degree
- 3 years of related work experience
