Product Operations Analyst
Job Location: US Sites (Brea, CA, Tamarac, FL, Essex, CT, Burnsville, MN)
Job Summary
The Product Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of product-related business intelligence and the effectiveness of associated processes that touch virtually all areas of the organization. The Analyst works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global business environment, successfully juggling multiple, simultaneous, high-priority projects and processes. S/he: maintains and manages commercial part data to ensure high-performing customer experiences and maximize company performance (i.e. price coverage, part-specific data, etc.). S/he: translates price strategies, and contractual and product line requirements into efficient operational processes (i.e. data structure for new transactions, pipeline data, etc.). S/he: provides technical support for internal customers through the maintenance and continuous expansion of structured product data (and occasional support of exceptional requests). S/he: performs commercial and data analysis to support the management of all products. S/he: leads the execution and continuous improvement of key product line management processes (i.e. assortment review, pricing review, etc.). S/he: serves as the technical liaison working with Materials Management and Product Line Management, aligning product data and processes to execute commercial strategy. Analysts add core value by taking ownership to offer and drive efficient, innovative, and effective product-related data and process solutions.
Requirements For Success
- Market Research
- Advanced MS Office, suchas Access and Excel
- SQL or Automation Analysis
- Advanced Math Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree orEquivalent
- 3-4 Years of Related Work Experience in Business Analytics or Data Science
