Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives through channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the companys reach and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support channel partner initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on channel partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sourcing team to ensure the successful execution of sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a focus on managing channel partner relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners.
