We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the quality of content produced by the influencers we collaborate with. You will work directly with influencers to ensure that the content they create aligns with our quality standards, brand guidelines, and overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and effective content strategies to increase audience engagement.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on influencer content, including text, images, videos, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with influencers to generate creative content ideas that resonate with their target audience.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates the desired message.
  • Analyze content performance to provide insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct industry trend research and monitor competitors to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and company initiatives.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure consistent content publication schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of social media, digital trends, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and sensitivity to appropriate tone of voice.
  • Experience working with influencers or content creators is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience with content and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or similar.
  • Creative, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
